What's with MuGo?
MuGo is an acronym for Meet Up and Go Out. We started this site because it's great to be able to Meet Up with other interesting people you would like to get to know in a fun and safe environment. You can create small groups, or as we call them, "MuCrews" of friends you would like to Meet Up with, schedule an event and have some fun!
How does the site work?
Sign up. Post some photos. Create lots of different MuCrews with friends. Search for other MuGoers and/or Mu Crews you would like to meet. Send them a note. Plan an event. Meet Up and Go Out! Post the pics of all the fun you had… and then do it all over again.
Invite your friends so you can form lots of small MuCrews with them and they can meet other fun and interesting people too. Not sure what to do this weekend, don't sweat it, find a crew to Meet Up with and have some fun!
Throwing a huge or small event? Post it on lets MuGo and spread the word about it on our awesome post feature.
What's with the posts that appear once I log in?
The community post is a dynamic tool which can be used to quickly communicate with other MuGoers. You can limit who can view your post to age, sex and distance although you do not have to. It is a fun way to communicate with the demographic of your choosing. (i.e. males, within 10 miles of zip code 10001, 30-35 years old) After setting the criteria for your post the message you submit will only appear to those particular members. Have some fun with it!
What's with these things called MuCrews?
The MuCrew feature is meant to be used as a way for friends on the site to link together, communicate, and "Meet up, Go out" with other MuCrews. To get the best results of this feature, you are encouraged to keep your Crews somewhat small as it would be easier to meet other Crews of people. You can invite other MuGoers to a MuCrew you are in by clicking on the "Invite to MuCrew" link in their profile. They will be sent an invitation and added to the group once they accept.

How should I use the events feature?
Events are a way for large groups of people on the site to Meet Up. Happy hours, watch parties, nightlife events, etc are all ways to expand your social circle and meet others in your area. Users can create events and target the group or "MuCrew" of people the event is visible to. When viewing events, users can "Show Interest" in the event, and it will be added to the list on this page for easy access to the details. Keep track of news on the event by watching the posts on the event profile page.
